so it turns out one of my cats has late stage kidney disease and has somehow lost half his weight over the past year. the bill to get him healthy is going to be rather large. he's staying at the vet for 3-5 days while they treat him. the first bill when we took him in to see what was wrong was $261, so i can only imagine what this one will be...

if anyone has spare cash and wants a commission, i'll do pretty much anything. all of us are trying to pitch in so i could use all the extra money i can get. in my mom's words, "it looks like we're getting zappa's health for christmas this year"

in addition to my regular rates i'll be doing $10 sketches until further notice.

pleeease, anything is appreciated. commission me, buy prints, or even just donate a few bucks. i'm grateful for any and all help from you guys!

edit - note about paypal donations: when sending the money, make sure to mark it as a gift/donation (under the personal tab) and not as a payment. payments have fees on them whereas gifts don't. thanks!

update: zappa has improved and keeps improving. the vet says his phosphorous levels are back to normal, which was the biggest concern, so that's awesome news! unfortunately every time we bring him in it means a new bill. so far we're close to $700 in vet bills, so i could still use a little help. thanks so much to everyone that's already donated or commissioned me, your sketches will be done soon!
