this is a picture i took when i was 11.

location is winter, wisconsin. a little rural town my grandma lived in for a while. now she lives back in illinois with us.

i sure miss that place though. just as i was getting interested in photography, my grandma moved out. so now i only have my memories to go by.

anyway, i've been cleaning and finding little lost treasures... this is one of 'em. i really like this photograph... pretty sure it was taken with a disposable cam of some sort.

i like this, i like this a lot actually. i get memories of the forest preserve that is next to my house. there is this open field part that kind of looks like this. i used to go there a lot with my father and brother.

and wasn't '99 awesome. remember Pokemon and Y2K?...
